As an admin, I want to be able to filter associated content by tags in all content tables. By clicking on a tag, the table should refresh with a URL filter parameter showing all related content for that tag. Multiple tags can be assigned to content, and there should be no conflict when filtering by any of those tags. This feature should be applied to all existing tables that have tags, as well as future tables where tags may be added. Additionally, in cases of single submissions, clicking on a tag should navigate the admin back to the submissions table with the tag filter applied.
